105FM "The Ticket"?

I've been in-and-out of local radio lately. I was listening to KQ during KFAN commercials in the morning and they keep talking about Barnard having an afternoon show on 105FM the ticket? Or at least some of the Morning Crew (Sansevere, etc) having a spot? I think Mike Morris' name also got mentioned? Anyone in the know of what's going on?

Also does that mean anything about the eventual fate of the current KQ morning show? Listening to that show now, it's as if they're just going through the motions. Tom gets mad about the news, yells at Terri about something and I think everyone else just rolls their eyes.

Bob and Superstar are on 3 to 6pm.

Virtually unlistenable, they say 105theticket almost every 5 minutes.

Cumulus Media group is destroying radio stations all over the nation.

They are cheap and make stupid decisions.

My wife has been listening to the KQ Morning Show the past few weeks, and I know what you mean. I haven't listened to it in about 7 years and nothing has changed. Tom reads random headlines that allows him to complain about everything that's wrong with society (he'd fit in quite well on HSO). Teri plays the ditz card and Bob talks about taking a dump or something.

I'm curious if they still dominate their time slot or not.

I did try to listen on my home the other day. You're right, it's rough. I am glad Morris is back on the radio, but I've never been a big fan of Sansevere. He's much better with the written word than the spoken word. Then the last hour is just goof-fest with Tom B. and his son. Too many microphones. I think Don Shelby even joined in....

Just listened to the Podcast of the first "Ticket" show with all of them. As I suspected, it's basically another vehicle for Barnard to dominate any and all conversations. It's all the same guests that he has on his podcast anyway...

Did I mention that his family are just about the least funny people I've ever heard...?
