Navionics+ Sonar Charts upgrade is now available for smartphones. Cost is going to be $5-$15+ or more depending on what version of Navionics you have and what device. The version I have which is Marine & Lakes USA/Canada cost $15 for the subscription. The USA version only is $5.

My upgrade was free, just came yesterday from the App store. Great little tool for spotting a house.

Huh? I'm pretty sure upgrading to a Navionics+ subscription cost money. You may want to check again. An AppStore update doesn't necessarily equal an app upgrade.

Andy-How do I find out? Is there a update # or version? I will say the upgrade yesterday took about 3 times longer than the usual ones do so I assumed it was a big one. Thanks for the heads up. Is there anything different? Just looked in the app store and they sure seem the same?

Just looked at the HSOforum. I would like the depth colors in my boat but not so important for phone. The other 2 feature I don't think I need. They must be getting ready for their IPilot type system.
