On the news this morning a State Rep admitted they didn't know anything about the lawsuit and that the state failed to do its due diligence. To not do your due diligence on a Billion Dollar deal is mind boggling to me, however not surprising.

It is hard to fathom how this never surfaced during the time the league was doing their research into whether they were suited to owning an NFL franchise but then again what they are accused of doing actually probably means they are already well suited to being an owner in the NFL
