Smoking fish


Recommended Posts

3 cups water

1 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup non iodized salt

1/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Soak fish over night in the fridge. Rinse fish and let them sit for an hour before smoking them.
