Even if he does all that, without having the test results for at least the three previous generation would mean hardly anything. And even then there are no guarantees. I think most here would agree, leave breeding dogs to breeders. But if his dog has the lineage someone is looking for and is the best they can find for their female, it's a free market and who cares what others think.
