Question: do any of you buy the off cuts (offal) of the animal? I personally find them challenging to prepare and quite rewarding to eat. However, short of buying the whole butchered animal I can’t seem to find a good supplier here south of the river. Do any of you guys buy such meet / organ? If so where are you buying it at and what are you typically paying for your preferred offal cut? Thanks for the responses.
