ducker
Found a package of porch chops in the freezer. How about a few indoor ideas because they are not really thick enough good grilling. Did a search for plain old pork chops and didn't come up with much.
ThunderLund78
I'm always a fan of seasoning them with some Lawrey's, giving them a quick sear in butter (do not cook them all the way through - maybe just a minute per side). Then put them in a baking dish, pour the leftover butter from the pan over them and spread Cream of Mushroom soup (right out the can-no water added) all over them. If you have a lot of chops, use two cans. Make sure they're good and covered. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1/2 hour (thicker chops go 40-45 min.). Serve over rice with some corn or green beans on the side. One of my favorite winter meals and it couldn't be easier.

No need to use another pan.

Only thing different is I use mustard instead of egg wash to make the crumbs stick. This might be my daughters favorite meal. Melt in your mouth, one pan goodness with mashed potatoes, a veg and some fresh bread.

I cook for about the same amount of time. Nothing like Chop-N-Tots .
P_Norts
Here's a easy oneGenerously salt and pepper the chops. Brown them in a frypan with a little butter. When both sides are nicely browned add water just enough to keept he chops from sticking and cover. Simmer for about 40 min. Then pour a can or two of peas over the chops and add more water if necessary ( just to keep from sticking and steam the peas). Cover and simmer another 15 min. Yum (if the chops are thin you may be able to cut down the simmer time a bit).

MontanaMax
Trim the fat off them and use them in the place of pork butt in any chile verde or carnitas recipe, especially the crock pot methods.
Seabass77
We love this recipe for pork tenderloin, could easily substitute chops. Sauteed with apples and shallots, very good flavor. Ingredients3/8 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon ground coriander1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg1 pound pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut crosswise into 12 pieces $Cooking spray $2 tablespoons butter $2 cups thinly sliced unpeeled Braeburn or Gala apple1/3 cup thinly sliced shallots1/8 teaspoon salt1/4 cup apple cider1 teaspoon fresh thyme leavesPreparation1. Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Combine first 5 ingredients; sprinkle spice mixture evenly over pork. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add pork to pan; cook 3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Remove pork from pan; keep warm.2. Melt butter in pan; swirl to coat. Add apple slices, 1/3 cup shallots, and 1/8 teaspoon salt; sauté 4 minutes or until apple starts to brown. Add apple cider to pan, and cook for 2 minutes or until apple is crisp-tender. Stir in thyme leaves. Serve apple mixture with the pork.
