walleye44
I am extremely happy with my new Aqua Vu Micro Dvr! I have the black Aqua Vu Micro & Aqua Vu micro plus with Dvr. I was very happy with that first unit. I actually gave that unit to my kids. I had to get another unit so I could use it. LOL. If you do not want or need the recording feature I would at least get the Micro plus unit. Turning off the IR lights, better camera, sun shade, better camera holder/spool & the usb style charger are nice features. (For an extra $100) Way to go Aqua Vu on this new micro. I love this new camera.
slick2526
that thing looks pretty cool for sure. I havent seen any reviews on it but you seem to be pleased with yours. I am not a fan of having a camera and flasher on the same unit. I really don't like LCD screen flashers either. I like the compact size of the micro. Might be on my list for this next winter. Carl Bjorgen
I bought the plus this year. I use it to check the bottom for weeds and structure. I always bring it with me and don't use it more than a few times for maybe 10-15 minutes the entire day, but it serves its purpose. The last time out I was getting these hard pecks but couldn't hook up, so I dropped the camera down and saw a pick pike messing with my jig. I got really excited and started working that jig like crazy. He grabbed it, and I had him for about ten seconds, but he got loose. That was the one time I wish I would have had the DVR version.Good product though. I like the fact of two units also. If one would break you still have the other unit! One drop & you have nothing. This Aqua Vu Micro Plus/dvr is handy to just slip it in your pocket. I have the Mo-Pod & snake too. They work great when you get on the fish. Then you have true hands free fishing!
jeep guy
I had three of them within about 2 weekes and lets say I will never buy an aqua view product again. The first one I got the screen was scratched and some parts of the screen didnt work. I figured that it was just a bad one so I returned it and got another one and that one lasted about 3 hours of fishing before the screen went black and wouldnt turn back on. The third unit was just a blue screen and wouldnt get the picture from the camera, even tried another camera with that unit with same results. I had the guys at the store who had one play with it and they couldnt get them to work either.
