German cheesy pretzel flatbread

Anyone know a recipe for this? We bought some at a German bakery in Mora yesterday and it was fantastic. I've found recipes for pretzel bread and I suppose this is what to use but maybe punch it down before baking. Also, I suppose I could add some shredded cheddar but does anyone know what I'm talking about and have a recipe?

Sorry about that! They were as tasty as the name. I think I'll just use a regular pretzel roll recipe and flatten it out and add some shredded cheddar.
