Driftless Posted January 8, 2013 Share Posted January 8, 2013 Cut the back straps of a freshly harvested mule deer in to 1.5 inch slices. Soak them in milk for 30 minutes. dip them in egg roll them in prego Italian bread crumbs fry in olive oil until brown. Add a couple side dishes cheesy hash browns and onions some mushrooms and onions fried up too some french cut green beans and Beverage Of your choice.
