Rippinlip
Yeah that's about right... It's a year long deal for alot of us isn't it? Wife and I take January OFF with anything to do with hunting. We need to just have a break, then we start shooting, hopefully a league this year, then shed hunting, winter scouting and etc, etc, etc.Plus it allows me get in some ice fishing. Scoot
Yep, same deal for me. My season will be done after this coming weekend. I probably will shoot somewhere between none and once over the next month or so, then I'll (hopefully) get a new bow and start getting it set up and flinging arrows through it... DonBo
I'm happy enough the hunting season's done. My ice fishing gear is ready to go and I'm hungry for fresh fish. Never give up shooting though. Our indoor leagues start next week, summer leagues to follow. Will probably take in a dozen 3D shoots between now and September. Can't get enough of it. MattL
I'm not even going to look at my bow for at least 2 months! The best part about the season ending was getting back to the truck on Monday evening and not stripping down and changing into street clothes when it was -3. I wore the camo home and changed in the warm house and threw my clothes into the storage tub to be washed prior to next season.
