Big buddy problem

One of my ceramic pieces broke. Can someone please help me on how to replace it?

I ordered the part and they have it at Northern Tool. I just need to pick it up but I took my old one out (fell and one of them broke in half) and I am not sure how to put the new one in. There is a bar on top and bottom that hold them in place.

throw it out.. that will fix it.

I replaced one of mine last year, you pretty much have to disassemble the entire thing. Lots of screws of many different sizes. One thing I learned is now the heater goes in the back of the ranger in a cabelas case and not in the fish house.
