Zone 1 to zone 3

Recommended Posts

Not possible, when you buy a license for zone 3 you need to designate an A or B season. You might want to check with the DNR, you might be able to get down here yet this weekend, but I doubt it. Wish I could help you more, but Zone 3 is kind of different with the restrictions and the split seasons.

I was looking at the exact same thing yesterday. Season "A" in zone 3 is November 3 - 11. Season "B" is November 17 - 25. If I am understanding page 66 in the hunting guide book we get with our licenses, we can hunt season "A" with the licenses we have, but not season "B".

I bought a license for zone 1 but never shot anything and was debating going 3rd weekend down in zone 3 is that allowed?

Simble answer No. You could hunt there this weekend until the 11th then the 3A season is closed. The 3B season is the 17th thru the 25th. You can not hunt the 3B season with a A license.
