New Shingles

I'm looking at purchasing shingles to reshingle my roof next year. Right now the Big M has CastleBrook's by Atlas.

- 35 year warranty

- 110 mile warranty

- 225 pounds per square

These are on sale for $19.99 a bundle or 59.997 a square.

Anyone have any experience with these, good or bad?

Thanks

They are comparible to both Duration and possibly Timerbline.

We're on a small 40sq 10/12 addition with Timberlines. I'm blown away how thin they are. The rez GC stopped by today and I took a shingle and with one finger stripped the laminated part off the shingle. Then I grabbed a Landmark and said try to do it to this one. He was shocked!

We've done a few Atlas Castelbrook for cheap builders and they actualy seem better quality then Timberlines.

Tomorrow we start a Duration Designer roof just hope they are better than the last two Duration jobs...

BTW, $60 a sq for laminates is a very good price. Of course with monkey mendardo's add in delivery and add in roof top delivery.
