gac12
Hey guys I'm looking to add to the spread and purchase a motorized decoy. I would like to hear your thoughts and or preferences on which ones you like. I'm kind of leaning towards the baby twin pack at the big C store but should I be scared away because the operate on AA batteries instead of a rechargeable. Also are the babies the way to go or do you guys prefer the full sized ones. Thanks for your help in advance.
BrdHunter01
I bought the baby's last year when they both came with rechargeables. Now I see they come taking only AA's? We had a motorized decoy when they first came out that ran on a couple C or D's (can't remember) and it was a pain in the arse! I wouldn't get anything but rechargeable I suppose you could get rechargeable AA's but that may be a pain to...
carpshooterdeluxe
cut two wires, crimp on some female spades, and the AA baby mojo's are now able to run on rechargable 6-7.5 vdc batteries.I like the disposable battery option; AA's are .22 cents a piece, Throw a box of them in the blind bag and it's one less thing to worry about forgetting. Hookmaster
I bought two Expedite Air Lucky Ducks about 4-5 years ago on closeout. Paid ~$40 a piece. Still using the original rechargable batteries. I think they would run all day or longer on one charge. Usually only use them 3-4 hours at a time. Bryce
The magnetic wings on mojos are nice. Converted my super from folding wings to magnetic.

Matt Breuer
I have the twin pack of Baby's. I have been out on uber-long hunts in awhile, but I haven't had any battery issues. I always keep a small brick handy. Can't stand charging batteries all the time, storing them, etc... Can't go wrong with the online clearance price...
