Shredded buffalo woodcock sandwiches?

Instead of making shredded buffalo chicken sandwiches in the crockpot for the game I was gonna make shredded buffalo grouse. I thawed out the grouse and instead it was woodcock!! I'll give it a whirl anyway. Woodcock. Crockpot. Franks red hot buffalo sauce. Water. Dry ranch dressing packet. I'll post results.

With blue cheese on it, it turned out good. Too bad the Vikings lost

I have to admit was a little concerned at first when you brought up ranch instead bleu cheese Glad it turned out ..did not see why it wouldn't...maybe next time you should wrap it in bacon first, or then again, maybe Muleshack should baste franks on while smoking

Shredded Buffalo Woodcock Sandwiches...if you can't think about that and be happy we live in a great place to fish and hunt and try new concoctions, your crazy. Sounds good to me
