Norm1980
I use an older Barretta 12g with a full choke barrel and would like advice on what i should be using. I will be hunting on private land in south dakota and shouldn't have to worry about longer shots as there will be plenty of birds to shoot at. I'm know i should only be shooting lead out of the full choke, but not sure which shot i should be using? probably 5 or 6's
GSP4ME
I use the copper plated 6 with great results. With closer shots just remember to give them a minute with that full choke other wise you are going to tear them up
rundrave
early season go with the 6, late season start moving up to 5's or 4's for a little more knockdownnever hurts to burn a few shells and see how they pattern also

fivebucks
If I were buying 1 box it would be 5's. I start with 6's early and then switch to 5's and keep a 4 as my 3rd shot.
