Well maybe i ruind it but, I sliced into strips then marinaded it in Mr. Yosidas marinade sauce the fried it in butter an oinions. Halle took to bites an said dad i cant eat it. Why I asked? " its an aquired taste" she said. Oh well she had to try. Hamburger pile next one. Thanks guys.

I like liver and onions fried in bacon grease with a little mustard and would have thrown the heart in with mix. I know that there is not much of a gray area for the taste of liver, either ya like or you dont.

Does she like liver at all?

No liver here, grew up on the smell at my G-mas house, I think I ruined it witht he teryacky merinade, that with organ meat, dont think mixes well, I try a deer haert with out it an see what happens, think taste more than anything , she' s use to bad texture from her moms cooking Ssssshhhhhh!

next time just save a small slice 1/4 inch thick, fry in butter with a little montreal and save it for me. :>)
