Valv
I have a 1990 Arctic Cat 440 Prowler for sale. Bought it last year for icefishing and never used it much except going to the lake nearby. It's not perfect, has fes cracks here and there, but it runs good and still looks good, studded track. Will make great icefishing sled.$ 1,000/obo, located near Faribault. Here's the pictures:http://www.kv-e.com/snowmobile/prowler1.jpghttp://www.kv-e.com/snowmobile/prowler2.jpghttp://www.kv-e.com/snowmobile/prowler3.jpg

Iron Cowboy
How many miles? And are they true miles-does the speedo still work and if so was ever unhooked for any length of time? What kind of shape is it in mechanically?
Valv
I will be very honest and say it has approx 3,200 miles on it, but I cannot say if actual since I just noticed it's not working. I've got sled last year as part of a large lot of merchandise, I do have 2 more sleds here, and I don't need many around. I replaced 1 water hose since it rubbed against motor and cracked (looks like it's a common problem with this model, since dealer knew which one just from mentioning it). I probably put 50 miles total going back & forth from lake nearby. This is the better shape of all 3 sleds I have, so i decided to sell it. Id does start after 2 or 3 pulls even after a long time, and I cannot hear any dangerous engine noise, but you are welcome to try it before you buy it.Email [email protected] for directions.[This message has been edited by Valv (edited 12-21-2002).]
