I agree with carpshooter. Every gun shoots slugs a little different. Use either modified or cylinder choke. Its likely you may not have the others. I have heard nothing but good things about the federal trueballs and I shot the brennekes when I had smoothbore and really liked them. Figure out what your gun likes and go from there.

No choke to very little choke is best. So Cylinder or improved cylinder is what I use. If using a Foster, The slug expands to your barrel. So having a tight choke like Modified or full would actually effect accuracy. In my Rem 20 ga I like Remington Slugger and Fed Tru-ball. Take a few different brands to the range and see what your gun likes.
