formatting sd card

Recommended Posts

i bought a Wildgame innovations deer camera and it came with a Sd memory card.

after putting the camera out in the woods for a week. i just check it... i have a bunch of pics on it; but my computer said card needs to be formatted.

but i don't want to format it now and lose a couple weeks worth of photos...

any suggestions on retrieving my pics?

I think that you will need to format the SD card before you will be able to use the card. I know it stinks but you may have no other choice unless you can find a USB card reader that will show the pictures in a way that your computer can deal with but I doubt that is going to happen. Bite the bullet and format and put the camera back out.
