Copper River Sockeye Salmon

On sale now at Cub for $9.99 lb. It ain't cheap, but it's the best salmon anywhere. We used to have boxes shipped directly to us when the were running and they still cost $10 lb.

Gonna put some on a cedar plank on the grill later this week.

no it's not cheap but at one time it was "on sale" for 18.99 per pound when i was still working. we still sold some at that price. i dont know why it's "cheaper" now but it has gone down. it is excelent. good luck.

First of the season was 18.99 per Lb. last week was 8.99 per at cos-ko. Had some last night grilled on a Nisciose Salad.

I just stocked up, getting some smaller fillets for us and a mixture of sizes to smoke. While it's not cheap I believe it's worth the extra $2/lb. over the Atlantic; flavorwise it isn't even close

Did up a big fillet on a cedar plank over the weekend. Very good! I think this is my wife's favorite dish.
