Get yourself an impact screwdriver, it is a device that uses rotational force from a hammer hit to move the bit. It will work both right and left hand. They are pretty cheap, 20-30 bucks pick one up at harbor freight or place like that. If i were closer (Phoenix) i would let you have one, i have 3 or 4 from over the years of pulling wrenches. Also if you have a large screwdriver, the hex part near the handle is for putting a wrench on so you can get side leverage if you can hold the driver on the head. Good luck.

i tryed usung screwdriver vicegrip on shaft and tapping end of driver with hammer while turning. a wider bladed screwdriver or a lug wrench should work, now off to find my big tools, thanks,
