RV Air Conditioners

Talking about the roof kind... say on a 40' park model or travel trailer.

Question is... Is it normal for them to leak some water when running? I imagine there will be condensation, but is there suppose to be a pan inside to catch the drippings or will it always just run off the roof of the trailer?

Thanks guys

What I am seeing is a good drip on the outside of the trailer. Seems problematic given that it runs towards our screen porch. I guess if it's normal then the next step is to re-direct the drip

If there is a condensate drain line, re-route. If there is no condensate drain line and the unit dumps the water onto the roof, then relevel the unit enough to route the condensate to a preferred location or add a drain line.

Condensate on the interior, grills, will occur until the indoor air is dehumidifed below the dewpoint of the supply air coming out of the unit.
