Get a jump start boys on the grease an goodies before its gets hard, if you thouht ahead youda done it in winter when compitition is really low, but nows a good time to start with basics, grease from diners an coop convience stores,local cafe's might even give table scraps to freeze, below the radar. Coop elevators are a good place to get oats per bushel, dog food, an of course the all mighty molassas. Need some bacon grease, go to wally world an buy the red bag of ends a pieces, an start frying. Some nursing homes might even save bacon grease for ya if ya say nice things to cook, my local saves for me, twice aweek they have bacon for breackfast. Heres a good one. Local small town fairs. Vendors might be wiling to save end of night throw out, especially if ya know them, the lions club hamberger stand is a good start. 4H hot dog stand. ect.. You will have to supply your own containers with lid for all these place that will allow stock piling. Buthcer shops for beef trimmings are a gold mine an bear love beef fat. Yummy, heck i love beef fat. These are great places to start looking. Good luck boys

we do have a pretty good system down for bait. a couple local places take good care of us. but i do agree, always be on the look out and its never to early to start stock piling.
