Turkey To O Hawk expandable. Anybody shot these thru netting on a blind? What expandables shoot thru the stuff? Thankx

I use Rocket Hammerhead and sidewinders for turkeys. They shoot through the mesh. The only time I can see a difference if 30 yds start to drop a bit.

If you can remove the mesh from your blind, just take it out and don't worry about it. Turkeys do not care one bit if the mesh is up or not.

Expandables that open from the rear will have no problem shooting through the netting. I would not shoot ANY of the traditional style over-the-top mechanicals through mesh.

Try a Thermacell. They are pretty inexpensive and work really well inside a blind.

They warn not to use in a confined area. Not sure if I want to be breathing in that suff.

I've always shot Hammerheads through mesh without consequence. "They" say not to shoot L shape bladed broadheads, but I've never had any issues. Like Don said, the open black holes won't bug turkeys - just make sure you wear black and keep movement to a minimum.
