This bird appears to be broadest around the chest, possibly indicating a Sharp Shinned. A Coopers Hawk will be more barrel shaped from the chest to the hips.

The legs also seem to have a very thin appearance, again indicating a Sharp Shinned Hawk.

SS has my vote.

It's a Sharp-shinned hawk I have one thats comes in every other day or so. I like to mess with there mind. I put out Purple Martin and Dove decoys. They will always go for the slowest bird and a decoy is the slowest bird around. This way the song birds have time to get away. You have to move the decoys around after every hit. It's easy to know when the decoy has been hit, it will be hanging upside down.
