WOW the Strib reporting this morn. that Washington is offering this years 1st and 2nd picks and first round picks for the next 2 years to the Rams. Sell the farm, this guy better work out for them. Wish we had the second pick,we could use a deal like that!

A franchise q-back is worth anything you have to pay to get him!! Those draft picks they gave up mean nothing to a team like Washington if Grossman is your q-back.

I keep wondering how much influence last years draft had on Washington's willingness to "trade the farm" this year for their QBOTF. I have read several reports that Washington traded back last year to #17.....planning to take Ponder there.....but the Vikes took him at #12. Washington couldn't afford to have another team jump them THIS YEAR, so they traded for #2, with 2 Qb's on the top of the board. Could have been very interesting discussions there.

That would of been us if we didn't try so hard to win that meaningless game. Some fans say win at all costs, even though it costed us AP and all those picks.

No one will ever remember winning that meaningless game in 2011, people would of always remembered getting a trade like this.
