Spearing endorsement

There is a C&R endorsement called the Conservation lic, I would like to see it so you guys dont need any lic at all actually.

Any particular reason in particular why'd you like to see us not need another license Muskiefool? Is it so that it will be easier to completely ban spearing?

Last year or maybe the year before Senator Inglesomethingoranother proposed doing away with the spearing license. I wrote him a quick note that though I did appreciate the thought behind it, - we wrongly pay double for the same limits - but I think it's a bad idea simply because as long as we pay extra for something it is more likely to stay legal. Money talks,....walks. Pretty sure that's why MI with the stocking they pay for has so much clout.
