Ice Rug - Weather Innovations

Was listening to KFAN this a.m. and there was an ad for these.

I've got anti-fatique mats in my house, but these seem cool although a little bit above my willingness to pay. Basically you are ordering outdoor carpeting sized to your house with a couple flippable holes. Not sure how much of a pain it is to store it or what they charge to customize where the holes go. It probably really helps heat the house up, depending on the R value of the carpet but above all taking away being directly on the ice. They put on extra strength stitching and waterproof backing if you buy the super deluxe version, but it costs almost double the standard product.

Anybody try these?

Yikes...I bought a 4' x 6' rubber backed rug for my hub and love it...For about an 1/8th of the price. Wasen't trying to keep feet as warm (but it does), I more liked it to keep stuff dry on the ice like coat, bag, dog...The rug also folds in half perfectly to make a nice cover for my sled when hauling out supplies!
