Decarbonizer in Sled?

leech~~

Recommended Posts

Anybody put Decarbonizer in their sleds? I have owned about 12 sleds during my life and I have never put any in the fuel.

I never put any in my boat motors either until this summer when I blow my 90hp with a stuck ring! cry

So, just trying to get some feed back on that. Thanks.

Check page 2 I think the subject is" Evinrude engine tuner" . I would imagine it would work very good, in fact I'm going to do it to my sled if I ever get a chance to use it again. I do it to my boat about every 2 years. Instead of the gas treatment I use the can and just spray it directly into the carbs with the rpms a little higher then go to idle and spray it until the engine dies and let it soak for about an hour. Works great on my outboard.

I think deep creep from sea foam does the same thing. every spring I fog my engine and carbs with deep creep and it does help with the carbon. I also got a 59' johnson 10HP and the compression was low and I soaked the engine with deep creep and it help with the compression
