We found that the end of the points before it drops to deeper water was good. Also the drops that had green weeds were good. We caught a lot of perch and a few walleyes. Keep a rod for each close at hand. We fished the south shore, not very many people there, less traffic

Always good to have deep water access to whatever spot you are on. No deep water access, forget it

use a sucker minnow, and run it about 2 feet off the bottom, and hold on to your spear, as they will be running hot to the hole, that is if your in a good location
