I'm heading to cass lake this week. Does anyone have any pointers or info on the lake that might help me out. Thanks Ryan

We found that the end of the points before it drops to deeper water was good. Also the drops that had green weeds were good. We caught a lot of perch and a few walleyes. Keep a rod for each close at hand. We fished the south shore, not very many people there, less traffic

same as hawkeye with fishin the pts, firetiger worked the best, and saw some huge walleyes so yeah everything hawkeye said works on the north side too

Every fish I saw came to the live suckers, not one came to the decoys. I tried 9 different ones, sunfish, red & white, sucker, walleye, and perch.

Thanks for the info guys. We have been out for two days now and its been slow. A few guys got some 5,6,7 lbers. Using teasers and decoys. Prob need a sucker minnow. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Always good to have deep water access to whatever spot you are on. No deep water access, forget it

use a sucker minnow, and run it about 2 feet off the bottom, and hold on to your spear, as they will be running hot to the hole, that is if your in a good location
