Best pulling sled for gear?

Looking to buy a sled just to pull some gear while the walk is on. Weight, size, and durability is way more important than the cost to me since I would rather to have it for many years. Plan to take a bucket with vex inside, rod bag, 11lb tank, little buddy, quickfish 3 and the nils hand auger. Add a misc item or two like minnow bucket or small beverage cooler. I am curious to what everyone endorses. Are some sleds worse to pull than others?

I have the shappell jet sled camo. Its big, but not the giant one. I have the nils 8", vex, 5 gallon pail, bait bucket, tackle bag, rod bag, lunch cooler, heather cooker with 1lb (and sometimes the 20lb(then I carry one thing like the vex or bucket in hand).

I love it. I use it for fishing and duck hunting. We load dekes, ammo boxes, and other random stuff and drag it across the field and up the trail all the way to the blind. Plus it floats decent when I am wading around putting dekes out and in.

It has been pretty bomb proof so far (2 full ice seasons and a full duck season). And, the side is a uniform height.

I think I paid 49.99 and saw it priced the same the other day when I was in the store.

Go to www.otter.com and check out their full line of sleds. They have the standard Pro Series sleds that are the best on the market all the way down to a Wild or Sport Sled. Sports being the lightest.

Myself I would go with a Pro Series sled and hyfax. Sled weight isnt that much of a issue when pulling. Its more about the attack angle of the front of the sled and how much gear you have in it and how much snow your pulling through. Also keeping heavy stuff towards the rear of the sled helps a lot.
