I am on the South East side of the Twin Cities and am looking for a processor who can make me at least 2 of the above 3. How about suggestions on who makes the best of these items.

Hagbergs in Lake Elmo... awesome Polish. That's all I've had done there... had their Summer Sausage once. Don't remember it specifically... I'm sure it is/was good.

Jims Meat in Iron River WI. I know it is a long drive from the cities but it is well worth it. Prices are cheap which will cover the added fuel. Everything is vacuum sealed in usable potions instead of in a big black bag which covers the added time to package it yourself.
