Autographed pro fishing jerseys auctioned off to support USA Ice Team

NAPERVILLE, IL -

USA Ice Team will travel to Kazakhstan this February to compete against the best ice fishermen in the world for the title of 2012 Ice Fishing World Champions - a feat they accomplished two years ago in 2010.

2012 USA Ice Team member, Bob Horn, has secured a variety of autographed fishing jerseys from some of America's best anglers, to be auctioned off later this month on E bay. The autographed fishing jerseys have been donated by angling mega-stars Kevin Van Dam, Timmy Horton, Aaron Martens, Denny Brauer and Blair Wiggins. All auction proceeds will go to USA Ice Team, and be used to offset the team's significant international travel costs.

"The jerseys are the same ones these guys wear during competition, or in Blair Wiggins' case, on his popular TV show, Addictive Fishing", says Horn. "And because they're signed, each one is a totally unique collector's item", he continues. "I can't thank these guys enough for stepping up to help us out (USA Ice Team) with these ultra-cool items".

The E bay auctions will begin November 27 and run through December 4. Those interested in bidding on the autographed fishing jerseys should go to www.hsolist.com and enter "USA Ice Team" in the search window.

USA Ice Team 2012 members are Mike Boedeker, Tony Boshold, Steve Burkart, Bob Esbensen, Myron Gilbert, Bob Horn, Jeff Kelm, Mike McNett, Chad Schaub, Bill Whiteside and Ryan Wilson. The 11-person USA Ice Team was selected over a series of competitive trials sanctioned by the United States Freshwater Fishing Federation (USF3) last winter.
