Archery during firearm season

A buddy and I have permission to hunt a small 40 acre chunk of woods this year and that includes during the firearm season. There will also be at least 1, maybe 2 people hunting at the same time but they will be hunting with firearms. We are all on the same page about what happens if 2 people shoot the same deer which is first killing shot. Now here's my concern. This woods is triangular shaped and the two of us with bows are planning on sitting on the two points that are along the river with one of the guys with a firearm at the other one. What happens if I stick a deer and it runs by the guy with the gun and he shoots it? I would think the warden would be suspicious having a bullet hole in the deer and my archery tag on it. Thoughts?

Yeah, I've been on a deer drive. That's why I don't do them anymore.

Ever hear the stories about people being shot? Not too many people get shot by hunters aiming at stationary targets.

Although my comment was tongue in cheek, I think it is a realistic requirement to ask of someone sitting on a stand. The OP isn't asking about doing a deer drive.
