Late Fall Walleye Up North

Thinking of sneaking in a weekend of Walleye fishing Nov 4-5 and trying to narrow down options. Had a lot of success on Rainy Lake late September and would love to go back one last time. Does Nov 4-5 seem too late? Temperature (air) wise? Do many people fish Wallaye still on Rainy that late?

Should be good fishing that time of year if you can get the boat in. The fish would have generally moved shallow and be succeptable to shallow jigging and trolling in the evenings. I'm not real familiar with the lake at that time of year but others should chime in and give you a hand. Welcome to the boards!

Nice. Good to see some other folks will be headed out. Made some preliminary calls and plenty of lodges/cabins are open up there. I guess it would do a guy good to check the forcast Tuesday or Wednesday the week of the fourth.

Thanks for the responses.
