Anticapation WEEK

Anticapation week is getting really bad for me. Im already loosing sleep and today at the gym i could not focus on lifting at all. All and can see is birds cupped and commited.

Got the paint on the boat touched up and decoys strung up. Just need to pick out some duck ammo and clothes and should be ready to go. Less than 2 days to go!

Speaking of anticipation .... how many Duck Hunters here in the south will be out hunting next week when the season is closed for 5 days!

Make sure you bring your DL . The ppl at walmart would not sell me a stamp for my boy cause i did not know his dl number. Can you believe it ?? Now you need a dl or hunters saftey certificate to buy a federal stamp ( according to the guy at wal mart ) Never heard of anything so stupid. Real smart move when ducks need all the help they can get. Bout as smart as making fuel out of our food .

The guy at walmart is a TARD..............You can buy as many duck stamps as you want....

That is what I thought ! Only place I could get a stamp at 4 am the morning of early goose. Anybody else have this problem ??

Always excited for opener! We usually stay in a hotel but can't this year due to scheduling conflicts. Gettin up at 3am, driving 1.5 hrs to the swamp to meet our other hunting partners, hunting till about 1. Driving back for a bachelor party sat night.... Going to be a long day! Don't think I'll be making it out sun morning. Good luck to all and be safe!
