Good points on both sides here... In my opinion ...I thinks its safe to say baring a confession that there is not much of a chance any case or charge could possibly be proved based on the information or evidence we now have.

I guess what I'm trying to say is there is nothing wrong with reporting it or thinking it should be pursued but don't blame those of us who think the whole thing is bit far fetched from a legal or common-sense standpoint...

No one is ever going to write a citation based on FB, alone. However, it can certainly be used as an investigative lead which could trigger the discovery of additional information. So it's not entirely useless.

As far as the person who answers the TIP line not seeimg to care, remember that they are not CO's, anyway. Just people who answer the calls.
