deerhunter
So my stepmom moved out her old trailer on West Norway and moved in a modular home that is going to have heat so I want to start spearing up there and I'm hoping to find a good lake to put permanent house does anyone have any suggestions on some good lakes to start out with. Thanks in advance
pushbutton
Perhaps best lakes would be Ringo, Calhoun, Nest, and Point. Also, and not a joke, the little lake above the d a m in New London, think it is called Mill Pond, is loaded with pike. Would be a fine line to walk to where the hole is and the current the closer you get to the d a m, but if you are bored this fall would certainly be worth the effort to get a canoe and a depth finder in there. Good luck!
deerhunter
Thanks that Point Lake looks really interesting according to dnr HSOforum I like to see small lakes with a decent number of pike and it being 32 ft deep and also good size
pushbutton
Have fun and stay safe. Also, remember they are good sized because no one took them out
