Had a chance to cut some whole nodules that I've found, and have been driving me crazy wondering whats inside!! The first is the large 12oz whole grey potato.

Surprise, its a Moss agate with some banding floating around.

Here are a couple smaller ones with some great hidden banding

Just never know whats inside untill you cut 'em open. Pretty cool to have matching pair's like that.

Thanks! Yeah gotta love slow glacial polish only nature can provide. It was a nice surprise because the field isn't very big and there is only one spot with any rocks showing. 10-15 min looking and I found it. was the only one as well.
