Rivernut
Have a '94 Evinrude 25 horse tiller. Bought new line and bulb, and fittings for my tank. Why are the connections so sloppy. Do I need to go to a dealer to get the factory stuff? Thanks
boatfixer
Yes. I won't offer to install either Attwood or Tempo unless its an absolute last resort to get someone through the weekend. I have given someone my shop hose more than once.

marine_man
Perhaps the connection on your motor has the wear on it? Tough to say for sure.. but you're 2/2 on the other end of the connection.marine_man
LindellProStaf
Are you trying to use 3/8 hose on 5/16 fittings? Check it out or bring the fitting in to make sure you are buying the right size hose.
