Along Superior

We did a road trip and went to Mackinac City, up to Sault Ste Marie, then along the shore to Duluth. Tons of pics, here's a few.

Looks like you hit Pictured Rocks Seashore. Spent a week along your route last summer, looks like you had as much fun as we did!

Pictured Rocks should be seen by everyone. So beautifull. Fortunatley the lake was calm. :>)

Funny it was dead calm for us as well! In fact when we swam there Superior was a balmy 72F!!! One week later the wind blew out of the NE for 3 days and the lake dropped to 52F!

Superior can be a beast! And for sure a Beauty. :>) The first 2 pics are from Whitefish Point, lottsa ships went down in that area and the shipwreck museum is there at the lighthouse. Very Interesting place to visit.

Very nice shots and variety. Will have to see the pictured rocks some day. Fave is the ship with driftwood in the foreground!
