starting battery size for 1993 115 Merc

What size should I buy. Everything except trolling motor runs off it which really isn't much when fishing(1 locator, live well..sometimes, 12 v apapter for hand held gps). Went to GM and they have 1000cca for 99.00, 845? for 89.99 and 650? for 79.99. Are those decent prices? Thanks

I run a 1000 Interstate on my 91 115 and all my electronics with no issues....

I would say go with the 1000 CCA as well and yeah those prices are decent for Interstates.

If you're planning to keep the engine for a while... go big. I've never heard anyone ever say they have too many CCA on their rig. And I agree... If those numbers are for Interstate batteries... That's decent pricing.

Note: Remember to bring in your core though. If not, they will charge you $5, $10... or whatever until you do.
