Leaky
If you didn't see this weeks ad, Cub is blowing out boneless, skinless chicken breasts for .99 lb. Unlimited quantities. Very nice breasts with about 5 large ones per package. Also 3lb roaster chickens; packages of leg quarters, drumsticks or thighs all for .99 lb.My food saver just got one heck of a workout on a summers supply of chicken. Which gets me to thinking. Anyone have any favorite chicken recipes they would like to share? Here's one I like to throw in the roaster oven if I'm not grilling:Chicken Paprikash - My Favorite Chicken Dish 1 (2 to 3 lb) chicken, cut up, skin removed 1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix 1 Tbs Paprika Salt & Pepper 3/4 Cup Sour Cream1/2 cup chicken broth 1 Tsp Flour Lightly spray roaster pan and preheat to 400. Arrange chicken, then sprinkle dry soup and paprika evenly over chicken. Reduce heat to 375, roast for 40 min. Combine broth, sour cream, flour, salt & pepper. Spoon over chicken. Reduce temp to 300 &roast for 10 minutes. The sauce is fabulous. Serve with rice, noodles or garlic mashed potatoes.

Leaky
Those marinades are good. I use the Steak & Chop one on a regular basis. Like Sweet Baby Rays, when then they go 10 for $10.00, I stock up.
