Ice house insurance??

Anyone know a insurance company or agent who will insure a wheel house? Auto carrier will cover for liability while towing but won't cover in the event of a loss/theft/damage/sinking. Best offer I have is for $270 a year for $16,000 coverage. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm not sure if it is great, but it seems to be in line with what I pay with state farm.

I have a 20' lodge and have it insured for $22000 plus coverage for the fishing equipment inside and it costs like $350 per year. Its been a few years and I dont remember all the specifics, but it is ballpark.

I have my '08 Grand Lodge insured with American Family. Full coverage, $500 deductible. Costs me $158 per year. It's on it's own seperate policy. I believe it's covered for $15,000 value and $5,000 electronics/extras inside. Very easy to insure.

don't insure them through your homeowners cause if you have a loss it goes against your homeowners policy and too many claims and they can cancel you then it gets tough to find insurance and really tough to find good resonably priced home insurance. If it has wheels you can't insure it through your homeowners anyways and if your agent does insure a ice house on your homeowners and it has wheels make sure your agent is well aware of this!!
