Chef
Donate them to the local food shelf...Cook some sausage and toss them with some shredded cheese and the sausage.
Jackpine Rob
Brown some sausage, then saute diced green pepper and red onions, mix in the egg niblets and some shredded cheese, wrap them up in a soft shell with a little salsa and you have breakfast burritos. Sometimes I add shredded lettuce. My kids love breakfast burritos.
Getanet
Buy some of the pre-made pizza crusts and make breakfast pizza.
RebelSS
If you really don't want them, I volunteer at the local Salvation Army, and I know they'd love to have them for their adult meal programs. Some people never get to eat breakfast. Tax deductible, too.
broken line
Try packaging individual servings into freezer type ziplock baggies....add sausage, onions, mushrooms, whatever you like. When camping or whatever, boil the bags till contents are hot...great easy breakfast.
