Looking for musky fishing partner - I have boat

Recommended Posts

I am looking for a musky fishing partner to split the cost of gas for vehicle and boat on a couple trips to mille lacs this summer. I have the boat so all you need is rod/reel and tackle. I live in the west metro so we can leave from there. Thinking a couple of times this summer/fall. Nightfishing during the full moon or even a day trip.

I am busy family man so mainly would be a day and half outing. Leave Friday after work, fish all night and return sometime Saturday or leave real early Saturday am and fish all day. Prefer non-smoker and should be male as well so my wife will be ok with it. Sorry ladies. Unless you bring your husband. smile

Yes, hello, my name is Stacy and most people say that I am smoking hot.. I get so hot from throwing big baits in the hot sun that sometimes I need to fish in my Bikini. I boated 50 fish last year with 15 over 50" and I know 100's of secret spots on Mille Lacs.. Can I come with?

sorry, couldn't resist...

I've met 10K Casts before and I have to tell ya- if "she" was going to be in my boat, I would not allow it to happen with a bikini! I'd have to request waders and a full jacket, even in July!!! laugh

Sorry John, I had to give you a bad time for the mental image you created with your post...

Scoot, we are in the drivers seat when it comes to controlling our own mind.. grin

For some, that's true. However, keep in mind that the simple-minded are easily led astray!

Now, if you could introduce me to this friend of yours, Stacy, I'd sure appreciate it! She sounds nice... grin

If you ever need a fishing partner and I am available I would love to hit the waters with you. I also have a boat but does not mater to me. I will be pretty much fishng muskies on my own and bass fishing with my daughters. They are not to keen on mskie fishing yet.

So if you ever need someone to fish with just send me a email to [email protected] and we can exchange numbers and chat. I am in RIchfield and work in Chaska so leavin from work is ok with me as well.

Also if you are just wanting someone to go out during the week give a shout. I am a newbie to muskies but I am well stocked up on lures 9at least 225) and rod and reel set ups (5).

SO shoot me a email if you want to.

THanks

Mike

I am stuck waiting till next year on a boat as I am working on a fishhouse for this winter, but if someone wants to fish French or Fox I know both lakes pretty well and have most lures known to man, and some unknown along with several rods and all release gear needed...... LMK

[email protected] Bite starts at twenty after four down in this neck of the woods. Can return the favor when hard water hits.....aware of some great walleye fishing come [email protected]

    • got this tackled today took about 3 hours to get both sides done. Didnt even get to use a torch....   Thought I was golden with just jacking it up and I could get to everything but no luck. Had to remove the entire axle hub and brake assembly to get to what I needed. Was a pain but still better then taking off the entire pivot arm.    Axle bearings were already greased and in great shape thankfully. Got both leaf springs installed and its ready for the road again.   Probably going to have my electric brakes checked, I am not touching anything with the brake drums. Based on what I saw it doesn't look like my electric brakes have been working anyway. Brakes are nice to have if its slippery out
    • By The way that didn't work either!! Screw it I'll just use the cellular.
    • It’s done automatically.  You might need an actual person to clear that log in stuff up.   Trash your laptop history if you haven’t tried that already.
    • 😂 yea pretty amazing how b o o b i e s gets flagged, but they can't respond or tell me why I  can't get logged in here on my laptop but I can on my cellular  😪
    • I grilled some brats yesterday, maybe next weekend will the next round...
    • You got word censored cuz you said        B o o b ies….. haha.   Yeah, no… grilling is on hiatus for a bit.
    • Chicken mine,  melded in Mccormick poultry seasoning for 24 hours.  Grill will get a break till the frigid temps go away!
    • we had some nice weather yesterday and this conundrum was driving me crazy  so I drove up to the house to take another look. I got a bunch of goodies via ups yesterday (cables,  winch ratchet parts, handles, leaf springs etc).   I wanted to make sure the new leaf springs I got fit. I got everything laid out and ready to go. Will be busy this weekend with kids stuff and too cold to fish anyway, but I will try to get back up there again next weekend and get it done. I don't think it will be bad once I get it lifted up.    For anyone in the google verse, the leaf springs are 4 leafs and measure 25 1/4" eye  to eye per Yetti. I didnt want to pay their markup so just got something else comparable rated for the same weight.   I am a first time wheel house owner, this is all new to me. My house didn't come with any handles for the rear cables? I was told this week by someone in the industry that cordless drills do not have enough brake to lower it slow enough and it can damage the cables and the ratchets in the winches.  I put on a handle last night and it is 100% better than using a drill, unfortatenly I found out the hard way lol and will only use the ICNutz to raise the house now.
