End of the year sales.

Anyone know of ANY end of the year sales going on now? I usually re-stock line, rods & reels, and tackle at this time of the year, mostly because the items are on sale.

Also for you guys looking for deals on boats, now is the time to look....the dealer I work with has inventory on boats (and other items like PWC & ATV's) that he would just-as-soon sell. Sometimes you can ask to have it shrink wrapped and stored til next spring. The bargains are out there.

Gander in Duluth was clearing out a bunch of Flashers and Dodgers. I got a few but will probably go get a bunch and work out a even bigger discount.

Scheels in Fargo had the Columbia Quad Parka from last year on clearance. I got a Large/Tall in Shadow Grass camo for $160!! Bring on the snow flurries for opener next May.

I went to a few places looking for the same thing. All I found was depleted inventories, no sales, and empty floor space where they were starting to get ready for Ice season. I haven't been to Joe's sports yet though.

Mills Fleet in Brooklyn park had clearance sales on Last year's model ice shacks. Looked to be about $50-100 off retail prices depending on model.
