Looking for a nice resort in MO/KS

Looking to do a small cousin get together up there. We'll have about 8 people at most. Looking to rent a cabin/lodge at a nice secluded lake with good fishing.. You guys know any? Looking to do it ASAP!

Any lake in particular? Maybe north, south east or west? You can google Missouri state parks. Don't know about Ks tho. Or you can try army corps of engineers. All the lakes in so. Mo have some sort of cabins.

Trying to stay away from branson area..

We are preferring something up in northern MO or outskirts of Kansas City. We'll have a group from Branson, MO and a group from the Twin Cities.

You could check around Smithville Lake, That's near KC.

Maryville mo org will show you Mozingo Lake with some nice cabins that sleep 4 (?) and some up to 12 people. Nice lake.
